Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us at info@findfetch.store and we will do our best to make changes. Once shipped, modifications are not possible, but our 30-day return policy has you covered.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days to the US. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on all orders over $35. Standard shipping below that threshold varies by location.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email within 2–3 business days of ordering. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
