This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through https://findfetch.store, operated by AF&U under the brand FindFetch.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 2–5 business days after receiving the tracking number for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
This is an important section — please read carefully.
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
• United States: Packages valued under $800 USD generally enter duty-free under the de minimis threshold.
• European Union: Import VAT may apply to all incoming packages regardless of value. Rates vary by country (typically 19–27%).
• United Kingdom: VAT at 20% may apply to imported goods.
• Australia: Packages valued under $1,000 AUD generally enter without additional duties.
• Other countries: Please check with your local customs office for applicable fees.
The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. FindFetch is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in a returned package may result in the order being refunded minus the original shipping cost.
6. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, please:
• Check with neighbors or building management.
• Contact your local post office or carrier.
• Contact us within 7 days so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit and not delivered within 45 business days from the ship date, we will offer a full refund or free reshipment.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@findfetch.store and we will do our best to update the address before shipment.
